George M. Clifton received his Bachelor
of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum laude, from South Texas
College of Law in Houston in 1974 where he was editor-in-chief of
the law journal. He is a family law specialist handling divorce,
adoptions, enforcement and defense of child support and contempt
actions, grandparents rights, custody, juvenile law and other family
law related matters.
Mr. Clifton is trained in collaborative divorce procedures.
He is licensed to practice in the State of Texas before the Supreme
Court of Texas, the Federal District Court for the Southern District
of Texas, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States
Supreme Court and the Federal Tax Court.

Mr. Preston L. Dodson

|
Mr. Dodson is a graduate of Southwest Texas State
University at San Marcos, Texas (B.B.A., 1972) and St. Mary's University
School of Law at San Antonio, Texas (J.D. 1974). He is licensed
to practice in Texas, the United States District Court for the Southern
District of Texas, and in U.S. Tax Court.
Mr. Dodson has broad experience as a general practitioner
in civil law. His litigation background in business matters includes
real estate, corporate disputes, partnership issues, contract disputes,
Uniform Commercial Code disputes, and in collection matters. Mr.
Dodson also has experience in workers' compensation insurance premium
disputes involving allegations of single business enterprise, breach
of contract, fraud and related issues.
His litigation experience also includes bankruptcy
issues on behalf of creditors. Mr. Dodson also has extensive experience
in transactional matters. This includes representation of builders,
developers, lenders, buyers and sellers in real estate projects;
financial institutions with regard to both loan documentation and
workouts; business entities (publicly held and wholly owned) in
connection with the acquisition and sale of businesses and product
lines; entrepreneurs in the formation of corporations, partnerships,
limited partnerships, limited liability companies and joint ventures;
and representation of employers in connection with workplace issues
and disputes.
Mr. Dodson's representation of individuals includes
the above as well as personal matters such as probate, wills and
trusts, as well as in disputes involving the Internal Revenue Service
at the administrative level and in U.S. Tax Court.

Mr. Anthony (Tony) Sortino

|
Anthony (Tony) Sortino received his Bachelor
of Science degree from the University of Houston in 1972. He received
a Doctor of Jurisprudence with Honors from the University of Texas
School of Law in 1975, where he was a member of the honorary law fraternity,
Phi Delta Phi. After two years as an associate
with the firm of Price & DeLaGarza in San Antonio, Mr. Sortino
returned to his home town of Houston to form the firm of Neel, Smallwood
& Sortino where he primarily practiced in the areas of commercial
litigation and real estate. From December of 1983 until June of
1999, he was a sole practitioner in Tomball, Texas, with the practice
being generally confined to real estate, wills, probate and business
matters.
He has represented commercial and residential real
estate developers as well as individual buyers and sellers of real
property in all aspects of acquisition, financing, workouts and
foreclosures. He has also enjoyed assisting clients in the formation,
acquisition, merger and sale of all types of business entities.
In addition to his professional activities, Mr. Sortino has been
very active in the community through participation in the Tomball
Area Chamber of Commerce and the Tomball Rotary Club, where he has
been privileged to serve in such capacities as Club President and
Chairman of the District 5890 Youth Exchange Committee. He has been
happily married to his beautiful wife, Jodye, since 1975 and they
have one daughter, Jacque. In his leisure time, Mr. Sortino is an
avid glider pilot and a computer enthusiast.
